In this role, you’ll support clients with their personal insurance needs; from policy inquiries and renewals to coverage changes., while providing expert guidance and personalized service every step of the way.

Responsibilities
-review renewal documents
-issuance of New Business applications
-report and monitor client claims
-respond to telephone inquiries, take and order policy changes
-preparation of Renewal binders and Presentations
-ensure high level of service is maintained
-remarket when necessary; house accounts; Producers/sales do their own remarkets
-cross sell and up sell
-send email & copy of cancellation notice to Producers (if house account contact client)
-5 days a week in office
Qualifications
-3 + years of RIBO licensed experience
-great communication skills, both oral and written
-bilingualism isn't necessary but is an asset
-upbeat personality
-willingness to help and assist clients
-passionate about the insurance industry
