Responsibilities
•Generate and review risk exposure reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery in line with internal standards
•Monitor credit exposures against established policy limits and escalate violations appropriately
•Contribute to infrastructure and policy implementation projects
•Document and manage control processes aligned with governance standards
•Liaise with front office, audit, technology, and risk teams to support enterprise risk goals
•Perform ad hoc analysis and reconciliations as required by management
•Analyze metrics across business areas and maintain data integrity
•Support team operations through cross-training, process documentation, and quality reviews
•Participate in initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and risk analysis
Qualifications
Must Have:
•2+ years of experience in a finance, risk, or capital markets role
•Strong understanding of financial products and counterparty credit risk
•Solid analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience engaging stakeholders
•Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with complex systems
Nice to Have:
•Experience in Risk Management
•CFA or FRM designation (or working toward)
•Technical skills such as SQL, VBA, or Python
•Prior experience in banking or financial services
