Quality Assurance: Conduct detailed inspections to identify defects, ensuring all products meet company standards before reporting discrepancies to management.
Physical Operations: Execute manual handling tasks including lifting, sorting, and strategic organization of inventory.
Shipping & Technology: Utilize industry-standard shipping software to process orders accurately and hit strict delivery deadlines.
Production Support: Assist with specialized tasks such as part separation and high-volume packaging (includes approximately 10% outdoor work).
Equipment Mastery: Operate forklifts and learn to navigate overhead cranes and heavy machinery through provided professional training.
