Responsibilities
Solution Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design of D365 F&O Finance modules, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops to extract requirements, identify bottlenecks, and map business processes to D365 capabilities.
Gap Analysis & Blueprinting: Perform rigorous gap analyses to determine where "out-of-the-box" functionality suffices versus where modifications are required; author comprehensive solution blueprints.
User Empowerment: Develop tailored training materials and lead educational sessions to ensure seamless user adoption and proficiency.
Strategic Alignment: Collaborate across departments to ensure the finance solution integrates perfectly with the overall IT strategy.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record of successfully leading D365 F&O Finance implementations.
Technical Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of D365 Finance modules (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank Management, etc.).
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value for stakeholders.
Location: Must be based in Canada and available for occasional travel to onsite office locations as needed.
Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (MB-310).
