      Your challenge! Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Production Manager’s mission is to achieve the manufacturing objectives associated with his or her unit's business strategy by optimizing available resources, rigorously applying business processes and establishing an effective communication system. You therefore participate in the implementation of processes, practices and tools specific to your unit aimed at optimizing operational efficiency.
