He/she is the reference for the required manufacturing technique, plastic parts, molds, processes and industrialization for the different manufacturing steps.-Develop tooling concepts and injection molds according to the company and customer standards (advanced 3D CAD);-Analyze customer requests and propose solutions and improvements in the design of molds and tooling;-Communicate with customers to understand their needs, requirements and problems;-Validate the requirements necessary to achieve the production of the mold;-Validate the requirements for the production of the mold; Perform project follow-ups between the shop floor and the injection department;-Act as a technical consultant for other departments;-Follow up on the testing of the molds;-All other related tasks in connection with the applications.Qualifications-College diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering;-Functional English and basic French (possibility of taking courses in French, if necessary); -A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position;-Important knowledge in mold design and plastic injection;-Good 3D spatial visualization;-Mastery of computer tools (Microsoft Office suite, 3D solid and surface CAD);-Major asset: Knowledge of silicone materials and plastic molds SummaryVous avez des questions ?
