This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable, well-known financial co-operative in a remote capacity. As a Compensation Consultant, you will monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures. You will also be responsible to design and recommend compensation plan revisions that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends.
