The Group has more than 2,200 employees and operates seven manufacturing plants, nine conversion plants and four plants with both manufacturing and conversion facilities.Your challenge!Reporting to the Plant Manager, the HR Manager is tasked with helping to achieve the unit’s objectives by recruiting a skilled, engaged workforce. You will collaborate with the HR centres of expertise and shared services. You will actively participate in your unit’s Management Committee and clearly contribute to operational efficiency. Your efforts are aimed at organizing your unit’s work to limit operating expenses.
