    Your Challenge:Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this position is responsible for the setup of the converting machine, running orders to meet customer specifications, and conducting quality checks. This position is a full-time (40 hours per week) position with multiple shifts available!! Location Schenectady Pay $17.29 per hour Job Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:Ability to work safely and successfully in a team environment;Responsible for machine setup and cleaning;Conduct quality check on finished product including ensuring meets customer specifications;Troubleshoot machine operation issues;Follow company policies, procedures, and work instructions;Other job duties as assigned. Qualifications:Minimum one year experience in manufacturing environment with preference given to Corrugated/Packaging industry experience.Strong understanding of Health & Safety Rules and Regulations;Ability to prioritize many tasks and execute results, which will promote customer satisfaction;Ability to deal with conflict, stress and time constraints in an efficient, professional, courteous manner;Must be able to work on Saturdays when needed.#revealyourpotential #LifeAtCascadesCascades believes in the success of an inclusive organization that values diversity within its team. This position is a full-time (40 hours per week) position on our second shift, regular hours of operation 3:00pm to 11:00pm Monday to Friday.
