Do you have solid administrative experience in the manufacturing sector and excel at data organization? We are looking for a methodical individual to ensure the accuracy of our sales operations behind the scenes.
Advantages

Responsibilities
Sales Administrative Processing: Ensure the rigorous entry of orders and contracts into the management system.
Document Management: Prepare, file, and update sales-related documents (quotes, technical sheets, purchase orders).
Data Auditing: Review files to ensure compliance with pricing, discounts, and delivery terms.
Process Support: Collaborate with production and logistics to ensure a smooth flow of documentation between departments.
Internal Reporting: Compile sales data and produce tracking reports for management.
Qualifications
Perfectly Bilingual (French/English): Essential for processing documents and communicating internally in both languages.
Administrative Experience in Manufacturing: A fundamental understanding of industry-specific workflows.
Advanced Proficiency in MS Office: Especially Excel, and experience with ERP systems.
Strong Administrative Rigor: Ability to manage a high volume of documents with extreme precision.
No Customer Interaction: This role is strictly focused on internal support.
