Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact with a prospect to the final signing.
Follow up with qualified leads via phone and email.
Greet clients at the sales office and present floor plans, blueprints, and model units.
Prepare sales contracts and coordinate administrative documentation via the CRM.
Maintain a relationship of trust with clients throughout the construction and delivery period.
Actively collaborate with the marketing and construction departments during weekly meetings.
Qualifications
Relevant experience in real estate sales or leasing (condominiums, residential properties).
Fluency in both French and English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in English is required for this position, as the incumbent will interact daily with a clientele that is 50% English-speaking, both when presenting projects and when negotiating and explaining complex contract terms.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
Exemplary attention to detail in administrative and contractual management.
A professional, well-groomed appearance and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
Availability to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends.
