Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (37.5 hours/week)

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Order & Data Management: Perform complete and accurate entry of orders into the ERP system.
Precision Control: Validate pricing, correct shipping addresses, and conduct rigorous quality checks on every processed order.
Technical Coordination: Create technical data sheets for new items, request part numbers, and prepare product quotes for the internal sales team.
Interdepartmental Liaison: Collaborate closely with the production team to coordinate deadlines and inform management of any discrepancies in delivery timelines.
Process Optimization: Ensure that all operational procedures comply with ISO standards and the company’s quality requirements.
Operational Support: Provide backup support for incoming communications as needed to maintain seamless business continuity.
Qualifications
Candidate Profile
Experience: Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment or order processing.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office and ease of use with ERP or CRM platforms.
Accuracy: Demonstrated excellence in data entry and the handling of technical information.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure seamless coordination between teams.
