📍 Location: Montréal (Bellerive area) – Public transit accessible, free parking available
🕒 Schedule: Full-time, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
📅 Start date: Late June
💼 Work mode: 100% on-site during high season (telework possible in winter)
💰 Hourly rate: Up to $30/hour + Annual bonus
Advantages
Hourly rate: Up to $30/hour
Annual bonus: 1% of sales exceeding $10M (annual goal: $15M = up to $50,000 bonus)
Work mode: 100% on-site during high season (remote work possible in winter)
Responsibilities
Client service: Answer incoming calls and emails, provide follow-ups and ensure excellent customer experience
Sales coordination: Assign leads to sales reps based on specialty (via CRM), Prepare contracts and documentation for client meetings
Marketing & communications: Update social media with completed project photos/videos/descriptions
Client satisfaction: Conduct post-project surveys and send out thank-you gifts
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and B2C sales
Comfortable with digital tools (CRM Monday experience is a plus)
Excellent spoken and written French and English
Independent, well-organized, resourceful, and confident
Summary
