Please note that this position is based in Saint-Hubert.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure the execution of customer rebates, commissions, selling prices, and sales forecasts
- Maintain an effective internal control structure to minimize business risks related to commercial operations and fraud
- Guarantee the reliability and integrity of all financial information produced
- Contribute to customer strategy by providing analyses and recommendations for internal partners (variance analysis, rebate program scenarios, etc.)
- Support business partners by ensuring proper application and follow-up of business processes
- Manage the team’s day‑to‑day activities, ensuring performance, development, and engagement
- Conduct rigorous performance indicator analyses to evaluate the sector’s profitability
- Analyze and explain monthly and quarterly commercial results
- Support strategic decision‑making by providing relevant and insightful financial analysis
- Monitor the evolution of financial and accounting resources, as well as project and sector financial performance
- Understand partner and client needs by interpreting their expectations and providing tailored solutions
- Optimize tools, processes, and data quality to enhance overall efficiency

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or finance
- CPA designation (an asset)
- 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role and at least 3 years in a management position
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and priority‑management skills
- Strong rigor and agility, allowing you to manage projects while considering scope, budgets, and timelines
- A continuous drive to improve efficiency and service quality
- Leadership and the ability to gain buy‑in for proposed solutions
- High integrity and sound judgment to ensure effective and appropriate decision‑making
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel) and knowledge of SAP (an asset)
- Fluency in French and English to communicate effectively with our units and partners in Québec, English‑speaking provinces, and the United States
