Position Overview
As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our sales and customer service teams. You’ll prepare bid packages, manage client communications, coordinate sales appointments, prepare client proposals, and ensure timely responses on behalf of key account managers. You’ll also provide support during our snow season and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities
Assist the teams with incoming emails and client inquiries (phone, email, walk-ins).
Order and maintain office supply inventory.
Provide support during snow season, including on-call responsibilities and escalation management.
Sales Coordination
Prepare bids and assemble bid packages for submission, as well as summarize won bids.
Book and coordinate sales appointments.
Support the entire office in coordinating data
Send out sales estimates promptly and follow up with clients.
Manage account managers’ email inboxes to ensure responsiveness.
Run pre-planning meetings and summarize key discussions.
Qualifications
High School Diploma (or equivalent).
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Fully bilingual (French & English).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level organizational skills.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Tech-savvy with proven ability to quickly learn company software.
Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Patient, adaptable, and team-oriented with strong listening skills.
