We are looking for candidates who want to go beyond their job description and contribute to our collaborative work environment. This representative will help with various departments and coordinate internally.

Responsibilities
Process and track customer orders via email and telephone
Support the sales team with various administrative tasks
Effectively manage customer returns
Generate and distribute reports to team members
Coordinate with the inventory and warehouse teams.
Create reports and follow up internally with the documentation
Prepare and send documentation, including quotes and brochures
Collaborate effectively with the sales and production departments
Coordination with all departments A-Z
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English (required for international clients)
Anglophone with an advanced French
3 years experience in a manufacturing environment
5 to 7 years of relevant experience in administration or coordination or customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
