Salary from 55k to 60k
Ville Saint-Laurent
Full-time (37.5 h/week)
Flexible schedule between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm
Telecommuting possible: 2 days/week after an initial period of 2 months 100% on site

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Manage the complete project order cycle
Create and enter orders into the ERP system
Check customer credit and ensure production deadlines are met
Forward orders to production teams and make any necessary changes
Ensure smooth deliveries (logistics, transport, documentation)
Produce denunciation forms, as required
Carry out customer invoicing and follow up with accounting
Check supplier invoices and enter them into the system
Support for representatives
Any other related project administration tasks
Qualifications
Profile required:
DEP in administration, office automation or related field
2 to 3 years' experience in a similar position
Excellent command of French and English (oral and written)
Good command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Knowledge of an ERP system (an asset)
Organizational skills, autonomy, thoroughness and ability to manage tight deadlines
