Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., to cover the Western Canadian time zone.

Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
Sales Department Support: You will support our field representatives by providing them with the information, tools, and samples needed for their presentations.
Order Entry and Review in the ERP System: You will manage the entire order cycle, from entry to delivery.
Logistics and Inventory: You will track product inventories with manufacturers, coordinate deliveries, and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth shipping and product returns.
Administration: You will maintain our customer databases, prepare sales reports, and coordinate internal communications.
Ensure invoicing of files
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bilingualism, both spoken and written
Experience in a sales support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of an ERP system is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Priority management and teamwork
