Responsibilities
Under the supervision of management, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our daily activities: Order Management:
Accurately process and coordinate orders from initial entry to final delivery. Production Planning: Plan, coordinate, and monitor schedules with suppliers to ensure deadlines are met.
Act as the primary point of contact between sales representatives and production partners.
Manage the artwork approval process with suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Track production progress and proactively communicate updates or potential delays.
Collaborate with the shipping and receiving departments to ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics.
Diagnose production or order issues and implement rapid solutions.
Maintain up-to-date records of orders, production statuses, and internal communications.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bilingualism (French and English) is essential, both written and spoken.
Experience: Relevant experience in production coordination, order management, logistics, or sales support.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Meticulous attention to detail and excellent prioritization skills.
A solution-oriented mindset and a strong sense of accountability.
Direct experience managing suppliers or production schedules.
Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Interest in or knowledge of the sport iundustry
