Your Role
As Sales Coordinator, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your scope includes:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and customer master data across multiple systems
- Support prospecting, customer development, and account planning through data collection, validation, and analysis
- Coordinate customer onboarding and ensure quality information is shared with internal teams
- Act as a link between customers and Cascades' strategic business units for assigned accounts
- Respond to customer requests and provide required commercial, technical, and corporate documentation
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and credit teams to support customer needs and ensure effective communication
- Monitor sales activities, maintain tracking tools, follow up on requests and commitments, and build strong customer relationships while promoting collaboration and best practices
What you bring
You're a natural fit for Sales Coordinator if you have:
- 2–3 years of experience in a sales support, sales coordination, customer service, or account management role; manufacturing industry experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Experience using Microsoft 365, SAP, and advanced Excel functions; experience with CRM systems and Power BI is an asset
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical, resourceful, and adaptable professional with strong problem-solving skills; project management experience or training is an asset
- Fluent in both English and French to effectively support customers and collaborate with teams across Canada and the United States
