Job Description: Production Coordinator
The Production Coordinator plays a central role in the production line, acting as the hub between the various departments. They are responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of operations, from initial planning to delivery of the final product or service.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20 to $30 depending on experience

Responsibilities
Order Management: Establish, issue, and track purchase orders with suppliers.
Needs Analysis: Assess the company's purchasing needs and collaborate with various departments to fully understand their requirements.
Supplier Relations: Manage relationships with current and potential suppliers, negotiate prices and contract terms, and resolve issues related to deliveries or products.
Inventory and Stock: Monitor stock levels and ensure a constant supply to prevent shortages.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain up-to-date purchasing records, contracts, and documents. Prepare reports to track spending and supplier performance.
Qualifications
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a coordination role in a manufacturing environment.
Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and an ERP system.
Personal qualities: Ability to work under pressure, strong sense of priorities, and teamwork.
Transportation: A car is strongly recommended due to the location of the industrial site.
