Salary: $55,000 to $60,000 per year
Schedule & Work-Life Balance
Flexible Hours: Choose between 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
Breaks: 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks daily.
Holiday Closure: The company is closed between Christmas and New Year’s Day.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Operational Liaison: Act as the central pivot between retail boutiques, sales representatives, suppliers, and the head office.
Logistics Management: Coordinate merchandise returns, schedule pickups and deliveries within the system, and ensure rigorous inventory tracking.
Technical Administration: Manage data entry within SAP, create replacement orders, adjust existing orders, and perform price validations.
Case Resolution: Take full ownership of complaint analysis and follow-up (shipping errors, defective products, delays) by collaborating closely with Purchasing and Shipping departments.
Performance Monitoring: Maintain an up-to-date intervention log and ensure timely, effective communication across all departments (Sales, Marketing, and Logistics).
Qualifications
Job Requirements
Experience: Proven track record in a coordination or service-oriented role with a strong administrative component.
Systems Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite; mastery of SAP is considered a major asset.
Language Skills: Full professional fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
Industry Expertise: Previous experience or knowledge in the plumbing or ceramics industries is highly valued.
Candidate Profile: * Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage shifting priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
