Responsibilities
Accurately enter orders for custom and standard products into the system.
Prepare detailed quotes for our customers.
Collaborate daily with production and logistics teams to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
Respond to emails from our U.S. suppliers.
Qualifications
Experience in a similar role
Fluent/proficient English (essential) — Functional/minimal French accepted. Fluent, expert-level English required due to direct management of the US market; functional or minimal French proficiency is sufficient.
Experience or comfort working with data (doors, frames, and architectural hardware): major asset
Extreme rigor and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent organizational and priority-management skills
Proficiency with basic computer tools (MS Office suite, order management software)
Ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment
Team spirit
