Salary $50,000 - $52,000 per year
Telecommuting possible but 2 days mandatory at the office
Schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities
Entrée des commandes arrivant par courriels, des bonds de commandes, des factures
Préparation des soumissions des représentants
Préparation des commandes/dossiers de ventes, ouverture et fermeture des dossiers
Préparation rapports de ventes et diverses statistiques pour le directeur de ventes
Coordonner les communications internes et externes liées aux ventes, en maintenant une communication fluide entre les équipe
Mise à jour de la base de données clients, dossiers et listes des prix et produits
Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour assurer la livraison ponctuelle et efficace des produits et services aux clients.
Responsable du bon ordre et du maintien tant des documents ventes papiers ou informatisés
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
College diploma (an asset)
Previous experience in sales coordination, support or a similar role is an asset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
Mastery of computer tools such as the Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work independently, manage several tasks in parallel and meet deadlines.
Ability to prioritize, analyze, work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the security sector would be an advantage.
