As a Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR) within the construction and design sector, you will serve as the frontline ambassador and the very first point of contact for the company’s future clients.
This strategic role is designed for a hunter mindset, where you will identify and qualify high-value business opportunities within organizations of 50+ employees.

Responsibilities
Your mandate will focus on proactive sales prospecting and lead qualification to fuel the company’s growth pipeline:
• Execute rigorous cold outreach across multiple channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Maintain high call volumes to ensure maximum market visibility and brand awareness
• Qualify prospects by identifying their workspace design needs, pain points, and project timelines
• Book high-quality discovery meetings for senior sales representatives.
• Ensure consistent lead follow-up throughout the sales cycle, until the design contract is finalized
• Conduct strategic prospecting research using advanced sales tools to identify key decision-makers.
Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing team to refine outreach scripts and optimize conversion strategies
Demonstrate elite resilience when handling objections, maintaining unwavering conviction in the value of our solutions
Qualifications
To excel as a Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR), you should possess the following qualifications:
• Proven track record with at least one successful experience in B2B sales or high-volume outbound calling (telemarketing)
• French is mandatory (oral and written) to ensure seamless and professional prospecting
• Functional English proficiency (a strong asset) for communicating with English-speaking prospects or out-of-province clients
• Ability to work on-site to benefit from direct coaching and contribute to the team’s energy
• Resilient personality with the emotional intelligence to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced sales environment
• Strong autonomy and the ability to quickly master sales technology and CRM tools
• Natural alignment with company values
