Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and manage a team of 6 distributed Territory Managers across Western Canada to exceed sales targets.
Oversee executive-level partner engagement with the organization's primary regional dealer network.
Evaluate customer financial statements (income statements, balance sheets) to navigate complex credit structures and preserve commercial momentum.
Manage regional escalation issues, customer satisfaction metrics, and local commercial strategy execution.
Conduct ~50% regional field travel for client alignment, dealer visits, and team coaching.
Qualifications
Proven track record in commercial sales leadership within asset finance, heavy equipment, or industrial machinery sectors.
Demonstrated expertise analyzing financial statements (P&L, balance sheet) to support commercial deal-making.
Experience managing multi-territory sales teams and channel/dealer distribution partnerships. Post-secondary degree or equivalent practical industry experience.
Ability to travel up to 50% regionally across Western Canada
