📍 Location: Laval (Away from metropolitan traffic!)
📅 Schedule : Full-time, Daytime hours (35 hours/week)
💰 Compensation : Competitive base salary (between $35,000 and $40,000) + Sales Commission.

Responsibilities
As an inside sales representative, you will be the engine of business development :
Business development : Conduct active prospecting (cold calling) and ensure follow-up on qualified leads.
Expert consultant : Understand client challenges to propose loyalty and reward programs that strengthen their corporate culture.
Sales cycle management : Ensure rigorous capture and tracking of opportunities within the database (CRM).
Performance: Meet sales objectives (KPIs) and maintain an exemplary level of customer satisfaction, a guarantee of the quality of services provided.
Qualifications
Absolute bilingualism (French/English) : Essential for communication with partners in the United States and the North American clientele.
Sales experience (minimum 2 years) : Solid experience in prospecting and cold calling.
Sharp interpersonal skills : Active listening, outstanding customer service, strong communication, and negotiation abilities.
Essential qualities : Strong business acumen, autonomy, initiative, and the ability to generate results.
Education : High school diploma (or equivalent).
