Responsibilities
- Deliver a high level of customer service to current clients and prospects, addressing inquiries about services and offerings.
- Generate detailed sales reports using both Excel and Salesforce on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Provide essential administrative support during downtime, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Act as a central point of contact, directing client inquiries to appropriate departments and following up to ensure resolution.
- Communicate effectively with third parties to gather and provide clients with requested information.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation on client accounts, updating information as needed.
- Follow up diligently with clients and sales staff members daily to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any pending items.
- Process customer orders, accurately inputting data and ensuring timely fulfillment.
Prepare and print documents and packages for team-building events and client presentations as required.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education is considered a valuable asset.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales coordinator, customer service, or office administrative position is required.
