Responsibilities
What YOU will be responsible for as a Sales Support Specialist:
• Meet Canadian sales requirements as established by management and grow the market for company
products
• Perform sales support activities such as order processing and creating quotations for current and prospective clients
• Elaboration of simple quotations based on established sales policies
• Support with pricing based on established sales policies
• Perform technical consulting based on companies technical guidelines
• Perform/Coordinate order entry activities and procedures.
• Follow every order status and keep sales team and client informed
• Coordinate with affiliated company manufacturing plants
• Provide SAP, CRM, order processing training to new hires
Qualifications
What YOU will bring to the table:
• Technical College Background or equivalent experience required.
• SAP / CRM experience is an advantage
• Communicate effectively through verbal and written communication.
• Ability to organize workload for timely accomplishment of work.
• Ability to read and understand parts lists, catalogs, price books, general factory instructions and other
technical documents.
• Must exhibit good logical technical knowledge and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with continual interruptions.
