We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Specialist to support a Retail National Account in partnership with a Sales Professional. This role plays a critical part in managing the full sales lifecycle—from bid development to contract execution—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and responsiveness throughout. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and possess strong customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales Professionals to develop bids, proposals, and contract documentation, including RFPs/RFIs and QBRs
- Translate job requirements from sales, engineering, or project management into formal quotations and proposals using approved products and formats
- Interpret and analyze business documents such as terms and conditions and technical procedures
- Ensure SOX compliance and adherence to internal policies when preparing documentation for both company and the customer
- Enter orders accurately into Oracle Fusion ERP system
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding contracts, invoicing, site surveys, regulatory requirements, and account details
- Support day-to-day sales activities, driving timely resolution and maintaining high responsiveness
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of contracts and RFPs
- Liaise with service dispatch centers (CRC/RDC) to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Prepare job booking packages, including subcontractor quote verification and review of non-standard PO/contract terms with National Account Manager and Legal
- Participate in internal and customer-facing meetings and conference calls to address account needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a technical field preferred
Experience & Skills:
- Proven ability to work directly with demanding customers with professionalism and poise
- Strong keyboarding and typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); Smartsheet experience a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with sound judgment
- Familiarity with systems (e.g., BaaN) or ability to learn quickly
- Strong organizational skills and work ethic
- Ability to perform under pressure and maintain composure
- Demonstrated success in customer relations, presentations, and sales support
- In-depth product knowledge of integrated systems and the security industry
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
