Responsibilities
Strategic Project Delivery: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce CRM implementations, maintaining strict control over scope, timelines, deliverables, and financial forecasting using advanced enterprise portfolio management software.
Agile & Hybrid Governance: Facilitate core Agile ceremonies—including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives—while collaborating closely with Product Owners to optimize backlog health and release schedules.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical architects, and executive leadership, delivering transparent status reports and facilitating steering committee evaluations.
Vendor and Partner Management: Direct day-to-day operations with external systems integrators and managed service providers, monitoring performance metrics and ensuring accountability to contract commitments.
Risk & Operational Readiness: Oversee risk mitigation strategies, compliance protocols (such as SOX requirements), cutover coordination, and post-launch hypercare phases to guarantee smooth operational deployment.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a closely related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Professional Experience: 5 to 7+ years of dedicated project management experience steering large-scale enterprise application deployments, with a proven track record specifically in Salesforce CRM or major SaaS implementations.
Methodology Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid frameworks, with a demonstrated ability to unblock teams and maximize delivery velocity.
Vendor Relations: Solid background coordinating matrixed, cross-functional teams and managing tier-one external vendors.
Preferred Assets: Professional certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe); experience with Sales, Service, or Experience Clouds; familiarity with Salesforce DevOps/release management; or prior background in a highly regulated industry (healthcare, life sciences).
Communication: Exceptional English communication and stakeholder management skills to interface across diverse business units.
