This person will need to be rigorous and results-oriented, to drive the optimization of our logistics and operational processes. As the IT Manager's right-hand man, you will be a key player in integrating SAP into our business - from planning to delivery - while ensuring efficiency, compliance and innovation.

Salary based on experience starting at 120K.

Responsibilities
Being an SAP Business Analyst the main tasks are to:
● Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP SCM (MM, SD, PP).
● Coordinate and manage procurement, transportation, warehousing and inventory management activities.
● Analyze data, identify efficiency levers and recommend concrete solutions.
● Train and support users to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
● Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure SAP compliance with business requirements.
● Analyze supply chain data to identify efficiency and cost reduction opportunities.
● Develop risk mitigation strategies for all supply chain activities.
● Actively participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation projects.
Qualifications
The SAP Business Analyst should have....
● Hands-on experience with SAP SCM
● Understanding of ERP systems
● Knowledge of MM-PP-SD modules
● Previous SAP implementation experience
● Bachelor's degree in management information systems, computer science and/or business, or equivalent professional experience
● Minimum 3 years in supply chain or logistics.
● Bilingual English-French (or unilingual English)
Will be considered an asset:
- SAP certification or formal SAP training.
- APICS CPIM/CSCP or Six Sigma certification.
