Responsibilities
• Update current business process documentation for Human Resources and associated module workflows.
• Review and provide input on relevant design documentation including solution designs.
• Develop User Acceptance Testing artifacts including test scripts, test cases, test conditions, and expected results.
• Assist the Module Lead in facilitating stakeholder meetings and presenting project updates.
• Identify project risks and formulate effective risk mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery within defined constraints.
• Execute data validation during mock conversions and cutover using SQL queries and validation tools.
• Lead testing sessions during User Acceptance Testing and actively participate in integration testing phases.
Qualifications
• Bring seven or more years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst within enterprise environments.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with Cloud ERP solutions, with preferred exposure to SAP Cloud and Workforce Software.
• Possess practical technical skills including writing SQL queries and executing data validation and cutover activities.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of engaging stakeholders effectively.
• Hold a relevant degree or professional certification, with CBAP or Payroll Compliance Practitioner designations considered a strong asset.
