Responsibilities
Hyper Care & Support: Provide expert support for ticket triaging, troubleshooting, issue identification, and defect resolution for the FICO and FM modules.
S/4HANA Configuration: Implement prioritized deferred items, configuring the system to align with best practices and specific business requirements.
Process Design & Documentation: Develop functional specifications, update business process documentation, and create risk mitigation strategies.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Review and update test scripts and cases, identify test data, and execute various testing phases (unit, integration, regression, and UAT).
Cross-System Integration: Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP solutions, particularly regarding Anaplan for budgeting.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with leadership and business partners to drive project objectives and provide expert SAP guidance.
Training & Enablement: Develop communication plans and training materials to support end-users and ensure a smooth transition to new functionality.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale programs within government or large private sector organizations.
SAP Expertise: Deep functional knowledge and configuration experience in SAP S/4HANA, specifically Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Asset Accounting (AA), Accounts Payable (AP), Project Systems (PS), and Funds Management (FM).
Implementation History: Proven track record in delivering at least two end-to-end SAP implementations.
Project Methodology: Extensive experience with Agile, Waterfall, and iterative project management techniques and tools.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and strong knowledge of test methodologies. SAP Solution Manager Change Request knowledge is an asset.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including leadership and vendors.
Certification: SAP Certification in FI-CO is considered an asset.
