Responsibilities
• Orchestrate the day-to-day delivery of the enterprise-wide SAP S/4 HANA transformation.
• Develop and manage the integrated program plan in collaboration with internal teams and the System Integrator.
• Work closely with business, technical, and data leads to ensure successful delivery of all program aspects.
• Proactively identify, track, mitigate, and escalate program risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Provide regular, transparent status updates on progress and risks to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ensure program compliance with SAP best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
• Provide leadership and inspiration to diverse, cross-functional project teams.
Qualifications
• 15+ years of professional experience with a strong focus on SAP program management.
• Proven success delivering at least two large-scale SAP projects, including at least one S/4HANA transformation on SAP Rise.
• Deep understanding of SAP modules, S/4 HANA, BTP, and cloud migration strategies.
• Expertise in program management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
