Responsibilities
Here are the responsibilities for this SAP-QMFunctional Analyst at this well known non-profit Company in Ville Saint-Laurent;
Investigate incident tickets, problems, and change requests;
Recommend best business practices, propose various value-added solutions by performing contextual analyses, and advise clients on choosing an appropriate solution;
Compile business, functional, and non-functional requirements and propose appropriate solutions;
Participate in planning and estimating the effort required for activities and deliverables;
Act as an expert for members of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION team to help them develop their expertise in the module concerned. Actively participate in workshops to develop the design (solution);
Translate operational requirements into functional specifications and document development/configuration specifications;
Configure the system;
Document the configuration;
Participate in documenting solution validation (integrated tests) and document the various tests required prior to solution implementation;
Identify and write test cases;
Execute and document tests;
Participate in and analyze module upgrades (patches and upgrades);
Qualifications
Here are the qualifications required for this SAP-QM Functional Analyst at this well known non-profit Company in Ville Saint-Laurent;
- University degree in computer science or management or equivalent experience;
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Minimum of 10 (10) years of experience in analyzing and configuring SAP ECC6 solutions (QM module);
- 3-5 years of experience in analyzing and configuring SAP solutions with S4/HANA and/or SuccessFactors for the modules mentioned above (or corresponding modules);
- 1 or 2 participations in SAP S4/HANA projects in a similar position is an asset;
- SAP certification for the relevant SAP module is an asset;
- Knowledge of agile working methods is an asset;
- Possess dual skills (IT + business domain);
- Proficiency in configuring solutions relevant to the business domain;
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and leadership abilities;
- Ability to promote optimal solutions to complex problems;
- Strong team spirit and customer focus;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Be independent and thorough;
- Be able to work well in a team;
- Have excellent writing skills;
- Be fluent in French, both spoken and written, and have a good knowledge of English.
