Responsibilities
Returns Processing: Receive, sort, and accurately evaluate batches of returned merchandise.
Analysis and Coding: Perform key evaluations and assign appropriate declaration codes based on product condition.
Data Entry: Use SAP / AS400 systems to perform searches, update records, and issue corresponding credits.
Manual Handling: Safely handle and lift boxes or objects weighing up to 30 lbs in compliance with health and safety standards.
Versatility: Perform other related duties to support the operational efficiency of the department.
Qualifications
Precision: High attention to detail is essential to prevent processing errors.
Technical Skills: Proficient with computers; experience with SAP, AS400, or similar inventory management software is preferred.
Physical Capacity: Able to stand for long periods and regularly lift loads weighing up to 30 lbs.
Reliability: Organized, punctual, and capable of meeting tight production deadlines.
