Become the Bilingual Scheduling and Dispatch Agent we're looking for in Montreal East or Pointe-Claire!
Are you looking for a permanent role where your speed, rigor, and bilingualism are essential?
Come thrive as an Assignment Agent within a recognized home care company. Whether you are based in Montreal (East) or Pointe-Claire (West Island), your role is vital: you manage the heart of our operations, the perfect matching between our caregivers and our elderly clients.
...
You will be responsible for orchestrating the logistics of home care services. Concretely, this means: juggling schedules, using our specialized system (Maya) for scheduling/dispatch, and communicating constantly, with patience and resilience, with our caregivers and clientele. You will need to perform under urgency and pressure, meeting clear performance objectives.
Location: Montreal East or Pointe Claire
Contract: Permanent
Schedule: 35 hours/week
Salary: Starting at $23.60/hour
Advantages
Competitive Compensation: Your base salary is $23.60/hour.
Performance Bonus: You can earn a 25% bonus on your base salary, paid quarterly, bringing your total potential hourly rate up to $29.50/hour.
Permanent Employment: A stable, full-time position (35 hours/week).
Flexibility (Partial): You benefit from a flexible schedule where you choose your arrival time between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. (the chosen time then becomes fixed).
Human Environment: You join a "good-natured" team with great cohesion.
Responsibilities
Mastering Scheduling/Dispatch: You manage the full placement process for caregivers, ensuring compliance with matching criteria while guaranteeing our employees meet their minimum work hours.
Managing Urgency: You react quickly to unforeseen events, such as last-minute absences, and immediately find a solution.
Communicating Effectively: You maintain contact with clients and caregivers, demonstrating the patience and resilience necessary with our elderly clientele.
Detail and Rigor: You multitask, handling multiple data streams simultaneously, entering information into the Maya software, and carrying out the necessary file coding.
Qualifications
Bilingualism (French/English): Your ability to communicate in both languages is a must to serve our growing clientele in the West.
Experience in Scheduling or Dispatch: You have previously handled complex schedules or managed similar logistics.
Versatility and Speed: You can operate multiple systems and data streams simultaneously, with strong resistance to pressure and a drive to do things "quickly and well".
Rigor: You are comfortable being evaluated on objectives (KPIs) and performance criteria.
Note: Hiring is conditional on a criminal background check.
