The ideal candidate will have experience leading multiple Scrum teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing work through JIRA, supporting backlogs and stakeholder communication, and coordinating incident and service request activities through ServiceNow. Candidates with a CSM or CSP certification, IT operations experience, and strong knowledge of JIRA and ServiceNow will be highly valued.

•Track and escalate issues through ServiceNow
•Identify risks and support mitigation plans
Qualifications
•Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
•3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master leading operational IT teams
•Experience in IT operations environments (incidents, service requests, patching)
•Strong working knowledge of JIRA
•Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules and reporting
