We are a well-established industrial company located in Ville Saint-Laurent and we are looking for a dynamic, organized and versatile secretary to support our administrative and technical operations. You will play a key role in the day-to-day coordination between the various departments (production, logistics, management).

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Welcoming visitors, customers and suppliers physically and by telephone
Handling emails, diaries, calls and internal/external correspondence
Preparation of documents, reports and minutes (production reports, order forms, etc.)
Providing administrative support to production and logistics teams
Filing, scanning and archiving documents
Entering and updating data in management systems (ERP)
Coordination of internal meetings and management of technical documentation
Qualifications
Qualifications required:
DEP in secretarial or other relevant training
Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative position, ideally in an industrial environment
Excellent command of spoken and written French (functional English an asset)
Proficiency in office automation tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of ERP software or management systems (an asset)
Organisational skills, autonomy, rigour and good management of priorities
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, sometimes under pressure
