Responsibilities
- Ensure the complete management of the accounting cycle, including monthly entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.- Prepare financial analyses and detailed reports for management to support strategic decision-making.- Actively participate in the implementation of new systems, tools, and processes aimed at efficiency and automation.- Collaborate with different departments (operations, sales, projects) to accurately reflect business reality in financial results.- Supervise and support the accounting team, acting as a mentor and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.- Contribute to special projects, particularly related to growth, the integration of new business lines, or the development of new markets.
Qualifications
- CPA title (or in the process of obtaining) – an important asset
- Relevant experience in accounting or auditing (3 to 5 years)
- Skills in leadership and managing priorities
- Sense of initiative, rigor, and great attention to detail
- Strong interest in sustainable practices and innovation in business
