To support the founders and with the objective of bringing the accounting and finance function in-house, I am looking for a Senior Accountant capable of managing full-cycle accounting from A to Z and implementing appropriate month-end / year-end processes for both Canadian and U.S. entities.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Accountant, your main responsibilities are:
- Ensure full-cycle bookkeeping and bank reconciliations for both Canadian and U.S. entities.
- Implement and execute the complete month-end process and build performance analytical reports.
- Manage the full payroll cycle as well as government remittances.
- Produce cash flow reports and collaborate with external firms for year-end financial statements.
- Support management in optimizing administrative processes, recruitment, and the onboarding of new talent.
Qualifications
The qualifications sought for this Senior Accountant role are:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- min 3-4 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within an SME.
- Experience in the construction industry is an asset.
- Perfect bilingualism (French/English) is essential to collaborate with our North American clients and suppliers.
Resourceful mindset and proactivity.
