Responsibilities
• Managing a high volume of outstanding accounts to ensure timely payments and healthy cash flow.
• Executing strategic collection efforts while maintaining professional, inclusive relationships with diverse clients.
• Performing detailed account reconciliations and resolving complex payment discrepancies or deductions.
• Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to streamline billing processes and mitigate credit risk.
• Generating weekly aging reports and providing insightful commentary on delinquent accounts to management.
Qualifications
• Expertise in full-cycle Accounts Receivable and B2B collections.
• Proficiency in large-scale ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• 5+ years of dedicated experience in Accounts Receivable, specifically within a high-volume environment.
• Ability to work fully onsite at the North York office and commit to an immediate start date.
