We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Senior Executive Assistant to provide strategic support to our Vice President. In this pivotal role, you will act as a true right hand, managing everything from complex clerical functions and financial billing to international supplier relations and contract negotiations. The ideal candidate will possess the professional maturity to handle sensitive information and the communication skills to negotiate effectively on behalf of the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial processes including invoice preparation, purchase order requisitions, expense reporting, and support for budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and client invoicing.
• Assist in the development and improvement of administrative procedures and processes.
• Provide leadership support by attending senior-level meetings to coordinate agendas, prepare materials, and summarize action items.
• Be the right hand of the Vice President and take care of all clerical work including Billing, Emails, Speaking with suppliers and coordinating meetings.
Qualifications
Maîtrise technologique : Maîtrise avancée de la suite Microsoft Office, incluant des compétences expertes sur Microsoft Excel pour la gestion de données.
Agilité numérique : Grande capacité d'apprentissage pour s'approprier rapidement les logiciels de vente et de facturation internes.
Gestion des communications : Aptitude démontrée à gérer un volume élevé de courriels avec efficacité, précision et un grand sens des priorités.
