Responsibilities
-Monitor client portfolios daily to manage and mitigate counterparty credit risk
-Issue and receive collateral calls; ensure accurate margining and ticketing
-Manage bilateral and centrally cleared OTC derivative exposures
-Investigate, resolve, and document margin disputes and collateral issues
-Engage with clients regularly and manage escalations
-Support process enhancements and risk mitigation strategies
-Partner with internal teams (Technology, Settlements, Credit) and external vendors
-Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency and reduce risk
-Maintain control functions and ensure process integrity
-Stay informed on evolving capital market risks and assess impacts to exposure
Qualifications
Must-Have:
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
-2–3 years of relevant experience in capital markets or collateral management
-Excellent analytical and communication skills
-Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving
-Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Nice-to-Have:
-CFA or FRM designation (completed or in progress)
-Experience with Python and data management
-Previous experience working directly with clients
