Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to deadlines
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses (variances, trends, performance indicators) and provide concrete, value-added recommendations to management
- Ensure the integrity, reliability, and quality of financial data, in compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies
- Actively contribute to the corporate consolidation process and the production of financial reports for senior management
- Act as a business partner to different units, providing strategic analytical support for decision-making
- Participate in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal controls and financial processes
- Get involved in cross-functional projects (system implementation, automation, optimization), playing a key role in the evolution of financial practices
- Coordinate and effectively support internal and external audits, ensuring the availability and quality of the required information
- Develop, automate, and enhance analysis tools, financial models, and dashboards to improve performance and visibility of results
Qualifications
- CPA designation (obtained or in progress), a valuable asset
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting or auditing
- Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and closing and consolidation processes
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make clear recommendations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems to efficiently manage and utilize financial information
- Rigorous, well-organized, team-oriented, and excellent communication skills
