Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve complex financial models (forecasts, valuation, scenarios) to support strategic decision-making
- Lead FP&A processes, including budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Build and challenge business cases for strategic initiatives, investments, and growth projects
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess risks, opportunities, and financial impacts
- Support transaction initiatives and special projects (e.g., M&A, partnerships, investments) through rigorous financial analyses
- Work closely with operational teams to translate business challenges into concrete financial implications
- Produce strategic analyses and high-value executive presentations to support key stakeholder decision-making
- Optimize and automate financial tools, models, and processes to improve the efficiency and quality of analyses
Qualifications
-- Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- Professional certifications CPA or CFA, a major asset
- 3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or M&A
- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced reporting
- Excellent Excel skills, including automation and complex analyses
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with management and stakeholders
- Autonomy, rigor, and ability to manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously
