In this role, you will support the execution and delivery of third-party risk compliance projects, regular reporting processes, and operational improvement initiatives. You will be joining a collaborative and fast-paced team where your analytical mindset and stakeholder management abilities will be highly valued.
This is a 12-month contract, hybrid, downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities
-Conduct comprehensive analytics to assess and report on third-party risk performance.
-Support regular risk and compliance reporting cycles, and identify automation opportunities.
-Participate in compliance and process improvement projects aligned with third-party risk governance.
-Develop and deliver insightful presentations that communicate risk analysis findings.
-Guide and support stakeholders in implementing third-party risk management frameworks.
-Assist in the continuous improvement of operational processes within FSMO.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
-3–5 years of experience in an operational or compliance role, with exposure to third-party risk management frameworks.
-2+ years of hands-on reporting experience (data capture, analytics, and storytelling through PowerPoint).
-2+ years of project management experience, including process improvement and documentation.
-Experience with regulatory compliance projects (e.g., OSFI, FRB).
-Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, Power Query).
-Advanced PowerPoint and Tableau skills for data visualization.
-Strong communication, critical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
-Proven experience producing high-quality, detailed reports.
Nice-to-Haves:
-University degree in Business, Risk, or a related field.
-Familiarity with Archer and Ivalua platforms.
-Experience working in a financial institution or regulated environment.
