Automate end-to-end patch lifecycles leveraging Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager APIs, PowerShell modules, WSUS integration, and Automatic Deployment Rules.
Automate maintenance window execution, change sequencing, pre- and post-deployment validation, and rollback procedures.
Build approval-gated pipelines with reporting dashboards to ensure auditability, stability, and compliance.
Monitoring & Event Management
Design and implement event-driven automation workflows triggered by enterprise monitoring platforms.
Integrate monitoring platforms with automation frameworks and ITSM suites using REST APIs and webhooks.
Develop automated remediation runbooks for threshold-based and binary alerts to minimize manual NOC interventions.
Implement closed-loop automation, including automated ticket creation, status updates, and event feedback loops.

Windows & Linux Infrastructure Administration
Provide senior-level administration and support for Windows Server 2019 and 2022 environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and OS hardening.
Administer enterprise Linux distributions (RHEL, Ubuntu, or equivalent), performing installation, patch management, package management, and system upgrades.
Troubleshoot performance, networking, and system-level issues across both Windows and Linux infrastructure.
Support enterprise authentication integrations, backup configurations, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.

Qualifications
Core Technical & Infrastructure Experience
Ansible Automation Tenure: 7+ years of hands-on Ansible automation experience in production environments, including roles, playbooks, collections, and automation principles.
Windows Server Expertise: 7+ years of advanced administration experience with Windows Server 2012, 2019, and 2022 environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and core services.
Enterprise Linux Skills: 7+ years of experience administering enterprise Linux distributions (RHEL, Ubuntu, or equivalent), managing services, packages, and permissions.
Windows Automation Scripting: 7+ years of hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and automating Windows environments using WinRM and Ansible Windows modules.
Linux Automation Scripting: 7+ years of hands-on experience with Bash or shell scripting for Linux environment automation.
Patch & Infrastructure Tooling: Solid experience with SCCM/MECM APIs, WSUS integration, Automatic Deployment Rules, Git version control, YAML, and ITIL change management processes.
