Our team is seeking a Senior Azure Integration Engineer to support and enhance core integration platforms within a modern Microsoft cloud ecosystem. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize APIs, microservices, and hybrid cloud integration pipelines while embedding policy-as-code and automated security controls.

Responsibilities
- Integration Platform Design: Design, develop, and enhance integration technologies, APIs, and event-driven architectures according to enterprise standards.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Author and maintain enterprise-grade Terraform or Bicep modules to automate Azure platform infrastructure.
- DevSecOps Implementation: Build automated CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, embedding policy-as-code, automated security controls, and GitHub Flow branching strategies.
- Technical Guidance & Architecture: Review system models, specs, and diagrams to advise teams on integration patterns, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and AI-assisted workflows.
- Platform Health & Support: Troubleshoot complex .NET and hybrid cloud/on-premises integration issues, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
Qualifications
- Recent and extensive years in software engineering, with some years dedicated to integration platform engineering.
- API Development: hands-on experience building integration technologies and enterprise APIs.
- Years of expert experience building Azure integrations (Azure Functions) and managing Azure DevOps environments.
- Recent experience authoring enterprise-grade Terraform or Bicep modules.
- Recent years of DevSecOps experience in Azure DevOps, Git, and GitHub Flow strategies.
Asset Qualifications & Technical Tools:
- Experience with C#, .NET, Azure Functions, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and BizTalk / hybrid integrations.
- Background embedding policy-as-code, automated exception processes, and security controls into cloud platforms.
- Practical experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) within software integration engineering.
- Proficiency with draw.io, Postman Enterprise, and Azure Storage Explorer.
- Certifications: Active Azure Certifications (e.g., Azure Developer, Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer).
